PRIMAL MUMS runs in school hours during school term – designed to fit into your busy schedule.
Increase your vitality through fitness, tone, strength and flexibility and learn to use your body to its optimum through functional fitness training. Cardio, stretch, HiiT, weights and boxing will correct and strengthen your everyday movements.
Training sessions include high-intensity interval training (HiiT) workouts, which are effective for fat-buring and boosting cardio as it raises and lowers your heart rate in cycles during the workout. This means you keep burning calories, even during periods of rest — making it one of the most time-effective workouts.
Go at your own pace with a highly skilled and experienced trainer within a fun supportive group. You will need to commit to three 45-minute training sessions per week (9.45-10:30am) from October 14th. There is no need for any preparation, come as you are.
Classes are held at both the Mullumbimby Scout and Guide Hall, River Terrace and outdoors as weather permits.
Cost is $22 per session, a total investment of $594 for 27 sessions.
Payment in advance through the website ‘Store’. Pay in full for a 5% discount or in four instalments.
